All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your treasures all the way to your door.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Abbi’s Treasures Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been scanned by the carrier. If an issue arises, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
